Alyshia (she/her) is a graduate of The College of Health Care Professions, completing 680 hours in massage therapy. She is an excellent listener and is passionate about helping people with their therapeutic needs. Understanding anxiety, and how it can affect us, Alyshia strives to provide a comfortable, stress-free environment. She also encourages clients to talk openly and freely about their needs, expectations and any concerns they have so that she can address them.
She offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Myofascial Release, Hand and Foot Reflexology, and Lomi Lomi, which is a Hawaiian-inspired style of massage that primarily uses the hands and forearms. This style is different from traditional massage because the strokes, which are long and sweeping going from one end of the body to other, can feel like rolling
waves.
Alyshia is very excited to continue learning all she can and offer more modalities as she
continues her journey in the world of massage. She is actively pursuing training in Lymphatic
Drainage and adding more cupping techniques.
