Tracy (she/her) is a graduate of the Massage Institute of North Texas (570-hour program; formerly the Institute of Bodywork Studies). She is a nationally licensed massage therapist with her MBLEX licensure. Most of her experience is in spa services, geriatric massage, and mental wellness relaxation modalities. This is largely due to her background as a dual-licensed massage therapist and esthetician.
Her goal and vision are to make people feel and look their best from the inside out! This personal mantra also stems from her background, which includes a Master of Science in Social Work and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Social Services and Geriatrics. These opportunities have provided her with experience and exposure to various populations, including former service opportunities in her previous mobile massage spa work.
Tracy also holds several life coaching certifications in mental wellness, grief support, and life transition coaching. This eclectic background makes Tracy sensitive and intuitive to the physical needs of others, allowing her to quickly assess therapeutic massage needs and help clients feel understood.
Tracy uses her intuitive ability in her spare time by volunteering with the elderly in recreational, healthcare, and mental health settings, providing compassionate massage to those who are close to the end-of-life stages or are mentally or physically compromised.
