Packages

Here’s the fine print:

PLEASE NOTE: Our package pricing is changing October 1, 2025. More details can be found here.

• Packages are non-transferable and only valid for 1 client (we love sharing as much as you do, but the intention behind these is to really build a relationship with clients who are committed to their health and long term wellness — which is why we’re able to offer these quality sessions at such a steep discount).
• Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of the first session. No monthly dues or membership fees!
• In the event that you are unable to use all of your pre-paid sessions within 12 months, any expired sessions will be rolled over as a credit to your account — so while you may lose the discount on that/those session(s), you will not lose your money or your investment in your self care!
• To receive this great discount, packages must be paid in full at the start.  Soma accepts cash, check, debit/credit cards, or HSA/Flex payments.
• Packages are nonrefundable – if you are unable to complete your package, we can issue a partial refund, but the previous sessions you used would be charged at the full rate (instead of the discounted package rate) and any leftover money would then be refunded to you.
• You may always upgrade to a longer session, or request add-ons such as aromatherapy or hot stones.  You will be responsible to pay the difference at that appointment, but you will still be charged the discounted package rate.
• Similarly, using multiple package credits to pay for one appointment is not allowed. package credits are per visit, not per minute. (Example: if you purchase a 1 hour package and want to book a 90 minute appointment, you cannot use 1.5 credits. Instead, you’d use one package credit, and pay the difference for the extra 30 minutes)
• Likewise, it’s challenging for our system and our spreadsheets to apply payment for an appointment when a client uses a portion of a package credit towards their massage and then wants to use the remaining credit to pay for a longer session next time. (For example: you have a 60 minute package and book a 30 minute massage, expecting that you can then book a 90 minute session the next time you’re here.) Therefore, if you book a session that is shorter than your package length, you will need to pay for that shorter session separate from your package.
• As much as we love being generous, we can’t usually combine a package discount with other flash sales or discounts. In those cases, you’ll have the option to either pay for that flash-sale massage separately (and save your package massage for your next visit), or we can offer you a complimentary upgrade such as aromatherapy, hot stones, etc.
• You may purchase a package online or in store.  Please note that we are open by appointment only, including in store gift card sales, so please call ahead to make sure we will be here to assist you!  Thank you.
