Bret (he/him) is a licensed massage therapist with 16 years of experience helping clients reduce pain and improve mobility. A graduate of Hands On Therapeutics Massage School in Wichita Falls, Texas, Bret’s passion for bodywork began at a young age when he used massage books to help family and friends find relief from discomfort. He specializes in pain management and mobility restoration, approaching each session with the belief that the body is like a roadmap. Every tension pattern and movement restriction tells a story. By identifying and addressing the root causes of pain, Bret helps clients move more freely and feel their best.
