Noticing subtlety has remained intact as one of my core strengths since childhood. This skill led me to become a bodyworker and learn to listen more deeply with my hands and into the cadence of my clients, energetically. My approach to this work is rooted in the belief that by tuning into our bodies, we reclaim our ability to operate closer to our source of intuition, imagination and creativity. Through experience and observation, I know that the body is inherently intelligent. To tap our inner-well, all we need to do is tune in.

I have been practicing massage therapy since 2020. Out of curiosity and a pursuit of deeper learning, since becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have studied various related therapies. Studies spanning from: energy work, craniosacral biodynamics, trauma-informed care, grief and death support, movement therapy, equine assisted therapies and equine massage, to restorative yoga.

The evolution of my practice as a bodyworker has led me down the path to also become a Registered Craniosacral Therapist. I have been studying the foundations of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy since August of 2023, and feel very aligned with the philosophies and perspective of this practice. My Foundational BCST training is still in progress, unfolding until Fall of 2026.

All of my sessions are client-led, and our work together is customized to your individual needs. I am here to provide compassionate and intentional touch in a calm and safe space. In every session my goal is always to help release trapped tension and guide the power back to you, aiming to leave you with feelings of relief and overall inner-peace.
